Beautiful/Decay is an awesome magazine. You used to be able to get it at the book store on Lane Ave.
Why is self-designating your city the "Indie Art Capital" bad? I could go on for a good while how this is ridiculous of Columbus to do, but basically it comes down to: Have you seen the art, the galleries, the art supply venvues, collectives or money for independent art in the city??? Have you looked at any other city? There's some decent stuff, but no way an even measures up to most major cities.
